Victory Packaging Becomes Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions

Based in Houston, Texas, Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions has more than 65 warehouses and distribution facilities in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Jan. 14, 2025 - Smurfit Westrock announced that its distribution arm, Victory Packaging, is now known as Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions. The identity change became effective on Jan. 13.

Spanning over 50 years, Victory Packaging has built a legacy providing packaging and related services across North America, first as an independent company then as the integrated distribution arm for two successive packaging companies.

The business provides engineering, supply chain, kitting and assembly, automation, digital and logistics solutions that help customers reduce total costs, improve their sustainability footprint, mitigate risk, and grow sales.

In November of 2018, WestRock acquired Victory Packaging within its acquisition of KapStone Paper and Packaging. After the acquisition, Victory Packaging continued to be managed as the independent distribution division of WestRock.
