Suzano Announces Another Round of Price Increases for Its Hardwood Pulp

Feb. 24, 2025 - Brazilian pulp and paper producer Suzano has announced price increases for its hardwood pulp:

• Asia: +US $20 per ton
• Europe: +US $60/ton, bringing European prices to US $1,220 per ton
• North America: +US $60 per ton

The revised prices are effective as of March.

This is the second round of price hikes Suzano has initiated since the start of the year. The company announced similar increases for February.

Suzano is the largest hardwood pulp producer in the world, operating eight pulp mills in Brazil with a combined production capacity of 13.5 million tons per year of pulp.
