Voith Paper to Expand Roll Service Center in West Monroe, Louisiana

The expansion project will result in a faster and more seamless service experience, expand capacity and enhance logistics processes.

Feb. 27, 2025 - Voith announced that it is modernizing and expanding its roll service center in West Monroe, Louisiana. The expansion will be Voith Paper's largest, most recent investment in North America, underscoring its firm commitment to the future of the paper industry.

The roll service facility first opened in 1991.

The investment will add needed workspace for continued growth in addition to adding jobs to support the local West Monroe economy. The project will result in a faster and more seamless service experience, expand capacity and enhance logistics processes. The increased space will also provide additional training areas for employees.

The expansion project is expected to begin in mid-2025 and continue throughout the year. The facility will remain fully operational during this time.
